We realise there will be times when you need to return unwanted or faulty items.

Money Back Guarantee
Mossies offers a 14 day Money Back Guarantee. Products must be un-used and in perfect condition and should be returned where applicable with the original presentation box, container or special wrapping.

Return Procedure
If any product does not meet your expectations or is unwanted e mail Mossies at returns@mossiesladiesfashion.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, clearly stating the reason for return. We will issue you with a return number to send back with the unwanted goods. When we receive them we will issue you with a refund or replacement.

Conditions
Please note for your own protection return items using Royal Mail Special Delivery quoting the return number we have given you. Mossies will not accept any responsibility for items sent by normal post and not received by us. Return postage cost will be refunded only for faulty products.

Unwanted Items
If any items are returned because they are unwanted we will deduct our original post and packaging costs from the value of the refund. If your order was originally sent out by special delivery this amount will be deducted from the refund.
